HL7 Sverige kommer i Juni att vara värd för ett nordiskt samverkansmöte runt frågan FHIR profilering på nationell/nordisk nivå. Till mötet, som hålls i Stockholm, är även Grahame Grieve inbjuden för att diskutera möjligheter och svårigheter med att tillämpa FHIR i nationella sammanhang.

1st Nordic FHIR profiling workshop
The Swedish HL7 affiliate welcomes you to a one-day workshop on FHIR profiling in Stockholm on June 7, kicking off the Nordic collaboration around profiling.
Special guest: Grahame Grieve
The goal for this meeting is to discuss, and agree on how to coordinate profiling initiatives across the Nordic countries. With Grahame on site we are able to “pick his brain” on best practises for “layering” profiling initiatives, the use of tooling, best practices etc. The desired outcome is to establish guiding principles, relevant meeting forums and a shared workspace.

1. Which resources and which extensions should and could be standardized on a national level? Norway present their work on base profiles
2. Suitability of US Argonaut Profiles as a basis for Nordic basic profiles
3. Strict Governance vs flexibility – principles for that. Norway has thoughts about top down or bottom up.
4. National architecture for information exchange – service discovery, information discovery and loose coupling in a national FHIR architecture. Sweden presents national FHIR architecture
5. API management – Norway present their thoughts on the eco system platform
